SPECIALTY TRAINING PROGRAM: Ground Self-Defense
Being stuck under an opponent or attacker is probably one of the most challenging and scariest things to overcome. That is why we are directing the goal of our next Specialty Training Program to Ground Self-Defense or what is known as sweeps and reversals.
You will learn multiple ways to counter someone standing over you, as well as how to escape your opponent's most common pinning positions. All of which; will elevate your abilities by giving you a chance to escape, survive, or obtain an elevated control position.
Join us on Monday, March 29th, as we launch our second Specialty Training Program for 2021. This course will include a series of five, one-hour classes starting at 630pm on Monday, March 29th, April 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th.
The classes will be available for "in-person" training to the first 12 people that register, with unlimited access via Zoom. Each class will include training material that you can learn with a partner or by yourself. This unique format will create "no partner, no problem" training opportunities and enhance every attendee's abilities. With these drills and access to the online curriculum, you can continue to train more with others or by yourself and keep progressing.
All attendees will have access to the class in person or on Zoom. They will also have unlimited access to the online curriculum and a "rough cut" video from each training session.
Pre-Register for only $57.95 by Friday, March 26th ($99 afterward) to save both money and your place at this event.
