We’ve had the privilege to work with thousands of people that have completed the Push Up Challenge! After talking to many of them and our students, we have found that everyone is extremely interested in gaining better flexibility.
Flexibility is a key element that gives us better health and longevity in our everyday life. Dan Inosanto (caretaker to Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do - JKD) reminds us often that we must continue to stretch because our flexibility disappears quickly with both lack of practice and of course… age.
Let’s face it, none of us are getting any younger and with the days running faster and faster we need something we can focus on to not only gain better flexibility; but also help us create habits to progress it.
That being said, we want to encourage you to enter the Flexibility Challenge with us. As a participant, you will receive daily lesson plans Monday through Friday for the next six weeks. These lessons will map out Stretching Concepts for eight different categories of stretching. These will include In Motion and Static Stretches that can be done sitting and standing. We’ve also included a Bonus Section on Partner Stretches if you want to pair up with someone and take it up a notch!
