Every year we host our Summer of Fun Contest which is always a great time for our students full of training and special events. As summer comes to a close, we need to step up our game. With only four months left in the year, we need to review where we are on our map to achieving our goals. One way for sure is to commit focused time to make ourselves better. This time can be both at our training facility and in our home. Now what one piece of equipment could anyone of us use at home to help us keep working on our martial arts and fitness goals? A PUNCHING BAG! So we have chosen to host a Free Punching Bag Contest for any new or returning students at Martial Way Legacy. All you have to do is register for our Introductory Program. This program gives you two free private lessons, four weeks of training, a free pair of gloves for adults, or a uniform for children, and best of all, it's only $19.97.
