The TRX Suspension Training System is the most versatile, affordable, and mobile training structure on the planet. Originally created by a Navy Seal to help them stay in shape while on deployment, it allows you to get a full-body workout, stretch, and even rehabilitate injuries all in one package.
Join us for a two-hour workshop Wednesday, June 29th from 530pm-730pm as we dive into the theories behind the TRX System in order to educate attendees on how it works while sharing some amazing exercises that will keep you engaged and training for years to come. Our goal is to educate all attendees on proper form and structure through these theories so that you can not only use a TRX anywhere, but also apply it to all your other activities so that you can move smoother, faster, and stronger through better awareness of how to challenge your body.
