Back To Basics


There is something really powerful about going “Back To Basics” every five weeks in our Kickboxing MMA Program. It gives us a chance to work on the fundamentals of everything we do here at Martial Way Legacy. That includes a proper form on our primary techniques as well as active rest themes using body weight, kettlebells, TRX, and more! Beyond that, it gives you the structures you will need to build up into the new themes, topics, and progression.
