We are so thankful for technology and excited to make more of our online programs and classes into Virtual Training (VT) opportunities for all of our students.  

Staying healthy is one of the most important things in the world.  It’s great for you mentally, physically and spiritually.  During times where many of us are working on “social distancing” in efforts to “flatten the curve,” we must stick to our “routine.”

Wake up like normal.  Make your bed.  Brush your teeth, etc., etc.  This structure is what helps keep us on point and focused.  It allows us to continue to push forward into the fray and crush our goals.  That being said, we want to encourage you to workout and train at your regular time.  Even if you are staying at home… keep your schedule.  Turn off the news, social media and Netflix and challenge yourself to even two workouts per day!  The world isn’t shutting down.  Your city isn’t shutting down.  You should not shut down either.  Use this time to make yourself stronger than ever. 

Remember when the light dims and motivation fades there is only one thing that keeps us going strong… Discipline!  Keep walking the walk and fighting the fight!!!
